Job summary

Schoolforce Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the school year.

The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), develop data-driven BIPs, and provide direct ABA-based services. You’ll collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and parents, train staff, and participate in IEP meetings while maintaining compliance with ISBE/IDEA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• ISBE approval if required for school-based roles.
• Fingerprint clearance and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop data-driven BIPs.
• Provide direct ABA-based behavior therapy services.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, paras and parents.
• Train staff and caregivers on behavior management and ABA.
• Participate in IEP meetings and crisis planning.
• Maintain records per ISBE and IDEA guidelines.
• Oversee use of reinforcement systems and assistive tech.
