Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-scheduled, school-based role. The BCBA will provide behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and consultation to support students with behavioral, developmental, and learning needs.

Responsibilities include developing BIPs, conducting FBAs, collaborating with education teams, and training staff and families to promote positive outcomes under IDEA and district guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Michigan license or district/state licensing as required for practice.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Strong knowledge of ABA and evidence-based interventions.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Knowledge of IDEA and 504 processes.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators and families.
• Strong communication, data collection and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral assessment, intervention planning and consultation to students.
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Collaborate with special education teams and staff.
• Provide training and support to staff and families.
