Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and consultation to support students with behavioral, developmental, and learning needs in school settings. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
• Valid Michigan license or district/state-required credential (e.g., LBA) as applicable.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and special education processes.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families.
• Strong communication, data collection, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and consultation services to support students with behavioral, developmental, and learning needs.
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and conduct FBAs.
• Collaborate with special education teams and provide training/support to staff and families.
• Promote positive behavioral outcomes in accordance with IDEA and school district guidelines.
