Job summary

Schoolforce Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the school year.

The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), develop data-driven BIPs, and provide direct ABA-based services. You’ll collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and parents, train staff, and participate in IEP meetings while maintaining compliance with ISBE/IDEA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• ISBE approval if required for school-based roles.
• Fingerprint clearance and background check required.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a talented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the school year.

Hourly Rate Range: $46.00 - $65.00 per hour

Responsibilities would include:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct behavior therapy services and implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Monitor and analyze student progress and behavioral data to adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents to support student behavior goals.
• Train staff and caregivers on behavior management strategies and ABA principles.
• Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and crisis intervention planning.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) and IDEA guidelines.
• Recommend and oversee the use of assistive technology and reinforcement systems

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) Approval as a Related Service Provider (if required for school-based roles).
• Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required.
