Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 school year. We offer a clinician-led culture with a focus on accessibility, inclusion, and empowerment for staff and students.

Salary ranges from $85,000 to $110,000 annually. Roles include FBAs, BIPs, collaboration with educators, and coaching school staff while remaining aligned to BACB ethics and IEP processes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• At least two years of school-based ABA experience or supervising programs for students with Autism.
• Experience training school staff and parents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs using data-driven approaches.
• Design and oversee implementation of Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with educators, school psychologists, and families to support student success.
• Provide consultation and coaching to school staff on evidence-based strategies.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals.
