Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients across home, school, and community settings.

You will collaborate with families and professionals, analyze data to track progress, and uphold BACB ethics and PBS policies while supporting family work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure/certification regulations may apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans for client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
