Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to supervise and mentor team members including RBTs and analysts.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to PBS staff, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to reduce challenging behavior and promote skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Analyze data to track outcomes and adjust treatment as needed.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
