We are seeking BCBA/BCaBA clinicians to join a collaborative, mission-driven team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, supervise RBTs, and ensure

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Knowledge of BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members, family members, and stakeholders.
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for client and family success.
