Positive Behavior Support Corp. is seeking a dedicated BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven PBS team and provide expert supervision of Behavior Analysts and RBTs. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality ABA services in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Travel to client locations and residential/community settings.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and engage with clients on the floor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs across home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure ethical compliance with BACB guidelines and PBS policies.
