You will design and supervise ABA therapy plans, mentor RBTs and staff, and ensure high-quality services in diverse settings to improve client outcomes. Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB standing.
• Related degree required for consideration.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
