Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team, delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services to families facing autism spectrum challenges.

You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor RBTs and Analysts, and ensure high-quality care in home, school, or community settings. We value work-life balance, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits with growth, mentorship, and ongoing CEU access.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
