Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and supervise ABA programs, lead FBAs, mentor RBTs and student analysts, and ensure high-quality services for families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Subject to local/state licensure and credentialing requirements.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.
• Create PBS-based systems to meet client and family needs.
• BCaBA positions available with competitive packages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and family stakeholders.
• Oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
