Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentoring to team members and staff.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
