Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure/credentialing per state rules.
• Experience developing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
