Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a mission-driven team focused on delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services. The role emphasizes mentorship of staff, collaboration with families, and data-driven treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and possess a related degree.
• Local and state licensure, credentialing and certification requirements vary by location.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families supporting clients.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings to reduce behavior problems and build skills.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
