Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a BCBA or BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering quality ABA services. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs and analysts, and work across home, school, and community settings to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure and credentials may vary by state.
• Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
