Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Related degree required
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to travel to client locations and work independently as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train team members and stakeholders supporting clients.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
