Job summary

First Citizens Bank in Brevard, NC is seeking a Senior Sales & Service Representative to support sales and service delivery in the branch. You will build and expand banking relationships through proactive customer outreach and handling deposit accounts, payment solutions and digital access products.

You will engage customers, prospects and referral sources, fulfill transactions accurately, and participate in community activities to generate business and CRA opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience in Sales or customer service; or 6 months of experience in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank; or participation in a First Citizens career development program
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree
• Preferred Area of Experience: Telephone sales or banking
• Application of a structured sales process
