The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and experience with children, plus coursework in child development. Familiarity with Google tools is a plus, with opportunities to grow within a mission-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety and joy by modeling standards and keeping staff cohesive and productive.
• Maintain attendance protocols, behavior policies, and safety procedures.
• Communicate with families, partners, and Area Manager to support program goals.
• Keep accurate student check-in/out records and name-to-face attendance.
• Implement daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
