Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead before/after school programs in Pennsylvania, ensuring safe, engaging experiences for students. You will supervise staff, monitor attendance, and implement daily activities aligned with curriculum and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma (or GED) and experience with children, including knowledge of special needs. Training in child development and strong communication skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children and knowledge of special needs preferred.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and joy by upholding safety standards and staff guidance.
• Engage with families and partners to maintain clear communication and trust.
• Support daily routine with engaging activities and curriculum.
• Maintain attendance records and program documentation.
• Coordinate with Area Manager on program goals and process improvements.
