Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site, supervising staff and ensuring policy compliance. The role focuses on affordable housing programs, lease administration, and resident relations within a dynamic team environment.

The Community Manager will develop annual budgets, monitor finances, and lead marketing and leasing strategies while maintaining safety and fair housing standards.

Qualifications

• Requires on-site leadership and staff supervision
• Experience with affordable housing programs is preferred
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
• Ability to manage budgets, leases, and maintenance operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the housing community
• Supervise property staff and ensure compliance with policies
• Develop operating budgets and forecasts
• Prepare and monitor leasing and marketing plans
• Ensure timely rent collection and financial reporting
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain high satisfaction
