AAMCI is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee daily operations of our 124-unit affordable housing property in Maryville, TN. The role emphasizes strong leadership, resident relations, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality service for residents and compliance with program requirements.

Ideal candidates will bring experience in property management, proficiency with Yardi Voyager, and a passion for serving low- and moderate-income communities.
