Job summary

AAMCI is a leading property management company providing affordable housing and exceptional service. The Community Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at our Knoxville properties using Yardi Voyager, delivering high-quality resident service and strong team leadership.

Responsibilities include rent processing, certifications, budgeting oversight, compliance with Section 8 regulations, staff supervision, and ensuring a safe, well-maintained community.

Qualifications

• Two years of project-specific regulatory experience (Section 8, RD, etc.).
• Two years of managerial experience with fiscal responsibility and supervision of team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of affordable housing properties.
• Greet residents and manage communication with residents and vendors.
• Process leases, move-ins/outs, and certifications.
• Maintain wait lists and regulatory compliance.
• Review financial statements and budget variances.
