Job summary

The Oaks Academy in Brownwood, Texas seeks an Administrative Assistant to join the Administrative Office team. You will support the supervisor and program staff, handling essential office tasks while upholding ROP standards in a trauma-informed youth facility.

The role offers a starting pay of $20.00/hour+ with opportunities based on education and experience, plus benefits. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, in Brownwood.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma in a relevant field.
• At least three years of experience in an office environment.
• Experience and success in office management.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, TB test.
• Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
• Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance as required by management and/or program staff.
• Ensure all administrative office procedures comply with ROP-established professional standards.
• Report to the designated department supervisor.
