Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by BCBA clinicians and supporting each client’s goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (associate/bachelor in psychology or related field is a plus).
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans accurately, and collect data.
• Physical ability to work with young children, including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in various settings, including the client’s home, school, or community, as directed by the BCBA and in accordance with RBT guidelines.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in regular supervision meetings and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and fostering a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
