Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our BCBAs and supporting each client’s goals.

This role fits individuals eager to learn, help others, and deliver high-quality care. You will collect and record data, track progress, and collaborate in supervision meetings while maintaining trauma-informed, family-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree in psychology/education is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client home, school, or community settings as directed by BCBA and RBT guidelines.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members; participate in supervision meetings and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines; maintain high standards of professionalism.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
