Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking an ABA therapist to deliver 1:1 therapy sessions for children and young adults with autism in home or community settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans and maintain daily data for progress tracking.

The role requires coordination with a BCBA, participation in team meetings, and ongoing parent training as needed. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of ABA-related experience or a background in disabilities, strong communication skills, and

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to clients’ homes.
• Must possess a High School Degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and team regarding delivery of treatment to pediatric patients.
• Enter data daily for all programs and remain available for supervision sessions and team meetings.
