Job summary

Crimson Heights Behavioral Health in Henderson, KY seeks a Dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 and small group ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6–12 months’ experience with autism or related behavioral health.
• Preferred: Associate's or higher; training/knowledge of behavior analysis; degrees in sociology/psychology/social work or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Support skill-building in communication, emotional regulation, social interaction, and daily living skills.
• Document observations and progress accurately to inform treatment goals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure consistent, compassionate care.
