Job summary

Crimson Heights Behavioral Health in Overton, TN is seeking a registered behavior technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 and small-group ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will help teens and young adults build communication, daily living, and social skills in a structured day treatment setting.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma and relevant experience; an RBT certification is preferred and may boost starting pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 6–12 months experience with autism or related behavioral challenges.
• RBT certification is preferred; higher starting rate may apply.
• Ability to work 1:1 and in small groups in a structured program.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision.
• Assist clients with communication, social and daily living skills.
• Document observations and progress notes.
• Support emotional regulation and safety with a calm presence.
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team.
