Job summary

Crimson Heights Behavioral Health in Mesquite, NV seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support teens and young adults in a structured day treatment program. You will conduct 1:1 and small group ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping clients develop communication, emotional regulation, social skills, and daily living tasks.

Qualifications

High school diploma or 6-12 months experience with individuals with autism or behavioral challenges.
Associates degree or higher preferred; background in behavior analysis, sociology, psychology, social work, or human services.
If you already have your RBT certification, your starting rate may be higher.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small group ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
Support skill-building in communication, emotional regulation, social interaction, and daily living skills.
Be a positive role model and build real connections with residents.
Help residents work toward treatment goals and participate in daily routines.
Assist with outings, community events, or clinic activities as needed.
Document observations and contribute to ongoing progress notes.
Collaborate with team to support safety and compassionate care.
