Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Support clients in communication, emotional regulation, social interaction, and daily living skills.
• Be a positive role model and build real connections with residents.
• Assist with daily routines, chores, activities, groups, and community outings.
• Document observations and participate as part of a supportive, caring team.
