Job summary

Crimson Heights Behavioral Health in Mesquite, TX, is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 and small-group ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will support clients in communication, emotional regulation, social interaction, and daily living skills in our structured day treatment program.

We seek calm, compassionate individuals who can build trust, support safety, and document progress to inform treatment goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6-12 months experience with autism or related challenges.
• Preferred: Associates Degree or Bachelor’s in sociology, psychology, social work, or related field.
• RBT certification may increase starting rate.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive role model and build real connections with residents
• Help teens and young adults work toward treatment goals
• Jump in with daily routines— chores, activities, groups, and more
• Go on outings, community events, or clinic activities
• Support emotional regulation and safety with calmness
• Document observations and experiences for progress tracking
• Be part of a team that cares and supports each other
