Job summary

Crimson Heights Behavioral Health in Kanab, Utah, is seeking an attentive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 and small group ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will help clients build independence, communication, and daily living skills in a structured setting.

The ideal candidate is passionate about autism support, maintains a calm presence, and enjoys teamwork. This full-time position offers meaningful daily impact and collaborative care within our program.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma and 6–12 months experience working with individuals with autism or related conditions.
• Preferred: Associates degree or higher in a related field.
• Knowledge of ABA or behavior analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive role model and build real connections with residents
• Help children, teens and young adults work toward their treatment goals
• Jump in with daily routines— chores, activities, groups, and more
• Go on outings, community events, or just get out of the clinic for a while!
• Support emotional regulation and safety with compassion and calmness
