Job summary

B Above Services is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with the clinical team to support children’s communication, social, and daily living skills.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication skills required.
• A genuine passion for helping individuals with autism thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress and celebrate growth.
• Collaborate clinical team members.
