Regional 911 Intake Solutions is seeking qualified candidates in Owings Mills to become 911 Call Takers. You will answer emergency and nonemergency lines, verify locations and callback details, and document information in the dispatch system. Training and certifications may be required.

The role supports rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, with potential overtime as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, and customer service experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Strong listening comprehension and clear verbal communication.
• Accurate typing and ability to follow structured procedures.
• Experience in customer service or public safety is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités
