Job summary

The University of Missouri Extension 4-H Center for Youth Development in Atchison County is seeking an Educational Program Associate I to assist in planning, management, and support of 4-H Youth Development programs across Missouri under supervision of the 4-H Youth Development Specialist/Educator.

Responsibilities include building partnerships, coordinating curricula, events, camps, and reports, and travel with flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in youth development or education is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with schools, community centers, and youth organizations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, management, and support of 4-H Youth Development programs.
• Build internal and external partnerships to grow the 4-H program.
• Coordinate educational events, contests, camps, and curricula across delivery modes.
• Travel as needed and support in reporting and record keeping.
