Job summary

University of Missouri Extension is seeking an Educational Program Associate III to support 4-H Youth Development programs in Henry County, MO. Qualifications

• An associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Preferred qualifications include six hours in PRKC domains: youth development, learning, organizational systems, partnerships, and governance.
• Experience in group work with children may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
• Candidate should be self-motivated, able to work with minimum supervision, and capable of teamwork and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, management, and support of 4-H Youth Development programs in assigned area.
• Coordinate and conduct educational events, contests, camps, and programs.
• Build external partnerships with schools, community centers, and youth organizations.
• Develop leadership capacity among youth and engage volunteers and partners.
• Record keeping and reporting of program accomplishments and impacts.
