Job summary

University of Missouri, MU Extension and Engagement, is seeking an Educational Program Associate III to support 4-H Youth Development programs in Henry County. Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 6 months of experience.
• Ability to travel and to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Experience in group work that involved direct care and interaction with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for positive youth development in the community and MU Extension.
• Coordinate and conduct educational events, contests, camps, and programs.
• Build partnerships with schools, community centers and youth-serving organizations.
• Lead curriculum planning, marketing, implementing and evaluation of 4-H programs.
