The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking an Educational Program Associate III to coordinate youth development programs at the University of Missouri. This role involves engaging with community partners and volunteers to enhance the 4-H program in Grundy County.

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree and related experience, with a strong emphasis on leadership and civic engagement. Flexibility in hours and travel is required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant experience in youth development or related fields.
• Must be self-motivated and willing to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with children in a care or educational setting.

Responsabilités

• Advocate for positive youth development within MU Extension.
• Coordinate and conduct educational events and programs.
• Engage and empower volunteers to implement 4-H programs.
