Job summary

The University of Missouri (MU) Office of Extension and Engagement’s 4-H Center for Youth Development in Morgan County seeks an Educational Program Associate II to help plan, manage, and support 4-H Youth Development programs across the county.

You will coordinate partnerships, deliver curricula in Leadership, Civic Engagement, STEM and Healthy Living, and organize events. Travel and some evenings/weekends are required to fulfill responsibilities and support MU Extension’s mission.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate programs and activities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and planning of College and Career Pathways programming.
• Advocate for positive youth development and MU Extension.
• Build and expand external partnerships to grow the 4-H program.
• Coordinate and implement curriculum with emphasis on Leadership, Civic Engagement, STEM, Healthy Living.
