Job summary

EastWesticism Inc. in Oregon is seeking a Project Manager (Non-Profit) to oversee mental wellness program delivery, grant compliance, and outcomes reporting. This on-site role is hybrid with field and event involvement, on a 10-month contract term with potential renewal based on grant extensions and performance.

You will manage logistics, ensure audit-ready files, and drive KPI tracking to support grant renewal efforts while coordinating cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of project management or nonprofit program coordination experience.
• Track record of meeting grant deliverables and reporting deadlines.
• Strong data collection, analysis, and executive-level reporting skills.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Attend grant-related meetings and serve as the primary operational representative.
• Ensure adherence to grant guidelines, SOPs, and reporting frameworks.
• Gather stories, statistics, and outcomes for final reporting and renewals.
• Maintain audit-ready files for contractual deliverables and finances.
• Manage day-to-day program delivery and foster accountability and improvement.
• Coordinate event logistics, venue bookings, and outreach campaigns.
• Oversee vendor relationships and procurement of materials.
• Track attendance, referrals, and feedback tools.
• Monitor KPIs against grant benchmarks and adjust plans.
