Job summary

Crisis Connections in the Seattle area is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that advance the organization's mission. This hybrid role requires two in-office days (Wednesday) and reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

You will define scope, timelines, risk plans and budgets, coordinating with funders and partners to meet launch requirements while maintaining quality and compliance. A PMP or equivalent certification and 7+ years of PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience including 3+ years leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• PMP or similar certification.
• Proven track record launching or expanding programs or leading organizational change.
• Experience managing several projects with competing priorities.
• Strong skills in planning, budgeting, risk management, and tracking progress.
• Clear, plain-language writing and speaking skills with experience presenting to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, milestones, tasks and realistic timelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external SMEs to map staffing, process, technology, training, and budget needs.
• Identify risks and build contingency plans.
• Coordinate with funders, partners, and government agencies to meet launch requirements.
• Assess workflows, identify gaps, and propose changes.
• Develop change management and communication plans for staff and partners.
• Lead programs from idea to launch including planning, design, testing, rollout and review.
• Set goals, success metrics, and reporting needs with program leaders.
• Ensure services meet contract, regulatory, and quality standards before going live.
• Oversee projects within operations such as technology upgrades and policy updates.
