Job summary

Wellness Equity Alliance is seeking a Project Manager to translate strategic priorities into chartered, tracked, and delivered initiatives. You will coordinate across program launches, clinical operations, provider and payer readiness, facilities, and organizational infrastructure.

The role partners with executives and program leaders to move ideas to implementation, monitor timelines and budgets, and support grant-funded and contract-driven initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Charter Alignment Meetings with Sponsors and Project Leaders.
• Draft and maintain Project Charters with background, objectives, scope, milestones.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve milestones and contractual deliverables.
• Manage project budgets and support reporting for governance reviews.
• Communicate status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders and leadership.
