Job summary

Pioneer Human Services is seeking a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to drive project planning, execution, and governance across multiple units in Washington state. You will collaborate with business owners, leaders, and sponsors to define goals, craft plans, allocate resources, and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery in a mission-driven nonprofit setting.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, risk management, and data-driven reporting, with opportunities for growth in nonprofit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Public Administration, Health Administration/Public Health, Human Services, Operations, or related field; or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of direct project management experience including coordination and analysis beyond IT
• Familiarity with project management principles and tools
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead initiation, planning, and implementation of all phases of the project
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource requirements
• Develop and manage project budgets with Finance and sponsors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Plan and manage multiple concurrent projects
• Direct, lead, and support the project team
• Identify and mitigate risks and engage stakeholders
• Provide regular progress reports to sponsors and steering team
• Create and maintain project governance and documentation
