Perspective Fund, an impact‑focused non‑fiction storytelling fund based in New York, is looking for a full‑time Program Coordinator to support a growing team. You will maximize productivity by coordinating administrative and grants tasks, conducting research on relevant issues, and providing strong project management and writing support.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating basic projects and scheduling in an office.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in social justice media, philanthropy, or related field.
• Commitment to human rights and social justice issues.
• Excellent English writing, editing and proofreading.
• Ability to manage complex tasks and meet deadlines.
• Initiative, resourcefulness and flexibility.
• Critical and analytical thinking.
• Commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
• Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office; Airtable a plus.
• Comfort with budgets, financial information and databases.
• Discretion with confidential information.

• Coordinate grants processes and maintain calendars.
• Draft summaries of grant proposals and internal memos.
• Develop external reviews and strategic program reports.
• Maintain Perspective Fund website and data systems.
