ProPivotal is seeking a Program Coordinator to support research and nonprofit initiatives in Cambridge and the MIT corridor. You’ll manage calendars, coordinate events and grants, and ensure stakeholders stay aligned as deadlines approach.

You’ll thrive in fast-moving academic, research, or professional services environments and own key processes within a collaborative team. Weekly pay and a fast interview process accompany a competitive compensation range.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program coordination, project support, or administrative experience in an academic, research, nonprofit, or professional services setting.
• Strong written communication and comfort managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with standard office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and a natural instinct for keeping things organized and moving.
