The Families and Workers Fund seeks a Program Associate to join our team. This role contributes to impact strategy development, grantmaking, and MEL, while providing project management and administrative coordination to the Program team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Fund’s impact strategy development, grantmaking, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL).
• Provide project management and administrative coordination to the Program team to help ensure its efficacy.
• Be a flexible collaborator, ready to learn and adapt in a fast-growing startup environment.
