Job summary

Greater DC Diaper Bank seeks an Evaluation and Partnerships Manager to strengthen program impact through data-driven insights. You will lead data collection, analysis, and dashboard creation, while supporting partners and funders through reports.

You will collaborate with the Director of Partnerships & Impact, driving evaluation and content development, including stories and infographics, and contribute to overall program quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in public administration, nonprofit management, data science, evaluation or related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience using databases and business intelligence tools such as Access, Excel, and Word; Salesforce is a plus.
• Previous nonprofit experience and customer service experience are beneficial.
• Access to reliable transportation and familiarity with research methodology coursework.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on evaluation projects.

Responsibilities

• Collect, track, and analyze data to show program impact.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for insights used by leadership and partners.
• Provide technical assistance to distribution partners on data and tracking.
• Support grant writing and funder reporting.
• Participate in warehouse inventory tracking and outcomes data collection.
• Analyze data for trends and stories and help plan new evaluation methods.
