Job summary

East Texas Food Bank seeks an Impact Partner Specialist to manage relationships with partner agencies within a 26-county region. You will support agency setup, ensure compliance, and oversee all service aspects of partnerships, including site visits and ongoing coaching.

You will regularly travel up to 40% of the time to engage with partners, update CERES and Salesforce records, and help plan the Annual Agency Conference. Strong communication and nonprofit experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license, motor vehicle insurance and acceptable drivers record.
• Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills, bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
• Technologically proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day relations between community partners and ETFB.
• Screen potential partner agencies and oversee applications and site visits.
• Assist with orientation and ongoing training of agencies.
• Update agency databases with current information.
• Ensure program compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Receive calls from neighbors in need and potential partners.
• Provide feedback to partners while maintaining high customer service.
• Set up agencies and shoppers in CERES.
