Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in the social sciences (sociology, economics, political sciences, statistics or related field).
• Experience manipulating quantitative data using Excel and problem-solving financials and data.
• Passion for social justice work.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: manage expense tracking, invoicing for grants, budgeting and records of policies.
• Grant Application & Reporting: lead grant applications and invoicing for contracts.
• Data Management: ensure uniform data collection and produce grant/policy reports.
• Administrative and General Operations: manage HR-related records and vendor relations.
